Anap (French Agency for Care Performance), supports healthcare providers and professionals in the development of their organizations in order to improve the service provided to all, in a sustainable and responsible manner.

Our mission


Our mission is to answer to the needs of health and medico-social providers through actions (methods, tools, events, interventions) developed with and for professionals in the field, in line with the main guidelines set by the French Ministry of Health in 4 areas:

  • Facilitating people's course
  • Facilitate knowledge of healthcare supply, decision-making and management dialogue;
  • Contribute to improving care and support for users;
  • Optimize the organization of support functions.

Our governing bodies


Our Board of Directors, made up of healthcare professionals, user representatives and representatives of the French government, sets the direction of the Agency's policy. Our Scientific and Orientation Council, also made up of professionals from the healthcare sector, evaluates ANAP's work and proposes areas of work to the Board of Directors.

Our team is made up of doctors, pharmacists, nurses, organizational engineers, financiers, IS specialists, healthcare geographers, lawyers, architects and communication support functions, all committed and motivated to support professionals in the evolution of their organizations, in order to improve the service they provide to all, in a sustainable and responsible way.



GENDER EQUALITY INDEX

Equality between women and men has been the subject of legislative measures transcribed into the law for the freedom to choose one's professional future. The Gender Equality Index assigns a score out of 100 to measure equal treatment of women and men in terms of remuneration. Each company must, at least, achieve 75 points and, failing that, undertake the necessary corrective actions, under penalty of financial sanctions. With a total of 96 points out of 100, ANAP achieves a large proportion of its gender equality targets, and fully complies with regulatory requirements.e remuneration.


The index is calculated on the basis of four indicators:

  • Indicator 1: Pay gap:
  • Indicator 2: Difference in the distribution of individual salary increases
  • Indicator 3: Percentage of employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave
  • Indicator 4: Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest-paid employees
